The Company

URDEMA, S.A., a family business established in 1984, forms part of a society group specialized in the development of facilities and services through its building, real-state and concession activities.

Its main headquarters are established in San Javier (Murcia) and it is represented in Spain, Poland and Northern Africa.

Our values have been since its setting-up: client’s satisfaction, efficiency and compromise. These values are our activity standard. The constant improvement and compromise of the organization’s members constitutes the necessary element to achieve our main target, client’s satisfaction.

The organization is classified and qualified to execute all kind of projects: roads, highways, motorways, channelling, ports, hydraulic works, sewage treatment plants, sea walks, coastal facilities, residentials, industries, rehabilitations, colleges and high-schools, sport facilities, public indoor swimming-pools, etc.

Besides the previous mentioned, in recent years we have also encouraged other activities such as urban residual pick up, urban resort developments, golf courses, parking concessions, etc.
